Event: Humane Society Event!

Format:
-Three bands (rock)
-MC
-Performers

21 and older
Adult crowd
Adult industry (burlesque/go go/vaudeville/fire/sword swallowers/etc.)
100-200 heads (intimate?)

Lineup:
Performance act & MC (15 minutes)
First band (1 hour)
Performers and MC (15 minutes)
Headliner (1 &1/2 hours)
Performers and MC (15-20 min.)
Closer band (1 hour)
End performance (30 minutes)

We're on a tight budget. Right now... no budget. But we need to lock down the venue and acts first before we get the contributors. But the contributors will be several of the Avant Guard in P-Town. Not to mention, for entertainers, this is awesome exposure. I have to talk to my partners, but I think percentage of the profits (like 5% [we have a larger line-up]) is cool.

We have sound (8k watts)
We have a graphic designer (for posters and distribution)
There will be a press release to local papers (W.W. and Mercury, etc.)
We have the release from the Humane Society
Two perspective MCs
And one band is booked, but we need back-ups and headliners and stuff.
